Jem's fresh paws is built around a holistic approach, with each dog's welfare at the heart of everything we do. I support dogs and their guardians in creating a calmer happier grooming experience, both now and for the future. 

I carefully select natural professional products that are gentle on the skin and kind to  the environment.  

With my knowledge of dog behaviour I listen to what your dog is telling me and take the time to build trust and understanding - so they feel safe, relaxed and cared for every step of the way. 

I find it very rewarding seeing my furry friends come back for their next groom excited and happy knowing they feel safe and comfortable and loved here with me.
